The Bake Element is an original and genuine OEM replacement part for GE wall ovens and ranges. It produces the heat necessary for baking, broiling, and warming functions. Situated at the top or bottom of the oven cavity, the bake element converts electrical current into thermal energy for perfect cooking results.
Causes of a bake element issue can be normal wear and tear over time. The filament may also develop cracks or breaks that prevent it from functioning properly.
