Dress Floral Paisley Stretch Blue Boho Sz- 12-14 L

This is a a great top/dress. This is labeled as girls Large.  Not sure what that means.   fits my girl and she is12.   Could be a dress for smaller girl 8-10.  Or top for someone10-14. Please look at dimensions and you will see.
