He is unbranded but original sticker on bottom reads Made in China. There are 4 rubber circles on the bottom to help protect your furniture. Research shows Circa 60s-70s. I also was unable to find him anywhere which makes him possibly 1 of a kind. He is hand painted is muted colors with a Vintage/ Antiqued Finish as well as a crackle or crazing finish.
