Nautical dial with day/date/moon phase

I tried 2 new batteries and can't get it to tick

When I push the Chronograph button the month jumps to the next

Crystal shows some wear

Bracelet is very tight on my 7" wrist

Can be adjusted to one more notch to loosen it a little
