Vintage 1970s I Buy From Marcone Appliance Parts Center Red Ballpoint Pen

In good physical shape for age. Shows signs of age and usage. Ink does not work. Clicker works to push out and retract pen. Top part is red and bottom is clear to allow advertisement to be seen. Please see photos.
