Provide proper care: Once the seedlings are established, be sure to water regularly and fertilize every 4 to 6 weeks with a balanced fertilizer to promote healthy growth and prevent stress.

Harvest: Baby corn is ready to harvest in about 70 to 80 days from planting, when the ears are about 4 to 6 inches long and the kernels are still small and tender. Harvest the ears by gently twisting them off the stalk.

Note: To maximize yields, consider planting baby corn in succession every 3 to 4 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of fresh baby corn throughout the growing season.
