S1Digital H5CD-1TB (?) Zone Server & Player (?) CD (?) H3CD-1TB

I can't find a model number anywhere on this unit but it looks like both a H5CD-1TB and H3CD-1TB that I saw online but I don't know if it is one of these or another model number.  I hooked it up to a TV and get the screens shown in the pictures.  I don't know how to test it further and so I am offering it AS-IS.  It comes with a power adapter but I don't have any other accessories for it.
