Overall fair Victorian antique condition.

From the first edition book "City Ballads" 1885 by Will Carleton hardcover

This is a standard economy (for the time) Wood Engraving... not an expensive woodcut.

The book was far too damaged to sell so the art had been pulled.

As you can see, the water staining mostly stops before the art. Item is dry but warped. Could be fixed with framing and flattening

Other than that...typical Victorian era paper wear
