Department 56 #55003 "HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH" Snow Village READ

Condition used. Church has a chip on the back right side roof. There are some stains on the snow. The cross on top is broken(cross in package broken where it sticks into the steeple). Styrofoam and cardboard have stains and marks from storage. Please review photos for condition.
