These are Melmanine but they look like ceramic. They are dishwasher safe on the top rack but you can’t put them in the microwave.

I wrap all breakables in bubble wrap and double box them to protect from breakage during shipment. Double boxing and sufficient packing materials make the package weigh more, but I don't want this item to be broken during shipment. I use recycled materials when I have them.
