Neon Pink 1980s Shirt Small 3/4 Sleeve One Side String Cold Shoulder White Birch

I got the shirt for a 1980s party and wore, then washed once.  Fabric content tag has been removed but it is a stretchy jersey material.  

Armpit to armpit measures about 22”

Center back neck to hem measures about 20”

My home is nonsmoking and no pets.
