While we take precautions to protect your films, we are not liable for poorly maintained film.

The USB files are simple to store, duplicate, and back up.

Please be aware that we do not accommodate rush orders; the processing time is 30 days or less.

Upon receiving your film, we will assess its suitability for transfer. We exclusively handle films in good condition and do not deal with sound films. We do not perform splicing or repairs, but we can edit out unwanted sections upon request at no additional charge.

Securely pack your film reels in a box and specify the quantity enclosed.

If you wish to have your film reels returned, enclose a note with your order, and we will invoice you for return shipping via Paypal. Films will be discarded after 60 days.

Ensure that your box has mail tracking and provide that information to us.
