Making their Happy Meal debut in 2002, Madame Alexander dolls quickly became one of the most popular Happy Meal toys of all time. McDonald’s and Madame Alexander worked closely to ensure the dolls were produced with special details in order to capture the charm of the full-sized dolls which retail for more than $50.

He is dated on back - 2003 and has "Alexander" on back of head

Ring carrier is in used condition, his vest does have some ink markings and a little dingy looking.
