This Cabbage Patch Kids outfit seems to be a bit hard to find (especially having matching booties.) I have replaced the elastic throughout so that it will now fit your CPK girl great!! No need for pins or rubber bands to keep it up. Please see all pics as they are part of the description. OK Factory. It comes from my smoke free home. Sold AS IS.
