New no box Baldor 7.5 HP 3 PH Electric Motor 213JM Fr. 1760 RPM 208-230/460 V. Cat JMM3710T

Powered it up and it runs well. 

New has shelf wear scratches, dents. dust/dirt from being stored without a box. The plant that this came from stored their motors on end, so the fan cover has scratches and dents see pictures.

The shaft did have some surface rust that I cleaned up a little when I ran it.

New no box motor from a closed business that kept spare parts for their equipment powered it up and it runs well.
