MAINTENANCE

Refrain from use of oil and pomade applications.

Mist with water onto the wig and shake out curls to refresh.

Store the wig on a wig stand.

WASHING

Mist the wig with water to dampen: do not immerse into water.

Apply shampoo, gently wash them in vertical stroke motion and softly apply conditioner of necessary.

rinse with water spray or gentle splash.

Blot out wet hair with towel and shake out the curls.

Allow it to air dry on a wig stand.

RETURNS

Original Shipping fees & handling charges are non-refundable
Return and exchanges are only available within 14 days of receiving item.
All items must be returned in the original package and unused conditions. (In case of missing original packaging, we cannot offer 100% money back for the item.)
All clearance and chemical items are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
Exchanges to different items due to customer's change of mind, will result in another shipping charge at the customer's responsibility.
