We can handcraft an unforgettable work of art based on any bride and groom, friend, colleague, or family member. Using your photos, I’ll capture every moment and turn it into a keepsake you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

1) How to Order:

Step 1: Choose your desired style, select quantity, add to cart, and check out.
Step 2: Send me a high-resolution full-body photo or model shot showing your desired pose and outfit details—including shoe color and style. Feel free to let your imagination guide the character’s pose and details; I’ll reproduce them with the highest fidelity.
Step 3: Once costume and pose are finalized, pick the appropriate skin tone, eye color, and hair color from the swatch card (then send me your choices).
Step 4: After sculpting the head, I’ll text you a photo for approval. Please check carefully—once approved, I’ll finalize the torso immediately.
Step 5: We use premium, non-toxic, vibrant, and malleable polymer clay. Our bobbleheads won’t fade, chip, or deform, and they capture extremely fine details, rich colors, and true 3D realism! (Note: Many sellers use cheap resin, paint their figures head to toe, which looks rough and may release harmful formaldehyde.)

2) About Size:

Custom: Your bobblehead will be 100% custom. We offer two styles: spring-head and fixed-head. The fixed head fits any hairstyle and is slightly smaller than the spring-head version. For optimal effect, spring-head hair designs are limited to shoulder length.
A single bobblehead weighs approximately 0.4–0.9 lb; a pair weighs about 0.8–1.8 lb.
Standard Height: 5–10 inches.
Base Size: about 2.5–3.5 inches wide.
No matter how small your accessory, we’ll bring it to life with over 90% likeness.

3) Shipping Time:

Handcrafting takes 3–7 business days; shipping requires 7–15 days. (If you need expedited service, let me know and I’ll prioritize production.)
Delivery time depends on the number of revisions you request. We’ll work closely with you throughout the process until you’re 100% satisfied.

4) Notes:

If no special requests or notes are provided, we’ll default to the spring-head style.
For refunds, please contact us. Orders canceled within 24 hours receive a full refund. This policy does not apply to expedited orders. If canceled after 24 hours, a 50% fee applies for materials and labor, as custom items cannot be resold.
We purchase shipping insurance for every order. In case of breakage, report it within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise, the carrier may not cover transit damage and we cannot remake it free of charge.
