Pour the Highlighting Powder into the mixing tray and mix in the Developing crème. Take a minute to design your highlights. Application options: • OMBRE (tie your hair into two ponytails; apply the highlighting mixture to selected hair strands), • BABYLIGHTS (starting from about ¼ inch from the scalp, brush the highlighting mixture onto very thin selected hair strands), • ALL OVER HIGHLIGHTS (starting from about ¼ inch from the scalp, brush the highlighting mixture onto selected hair strands; add some to underneath strands too). Live on for 10 minutes. Check the progress of your highlights. Rinse and shampoo. Apply the conditioner and leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse and style.
