Offered is this extraordinary Antique Japanese Flying Dragon Center Table. This beauty boasts it original finish with large carved dragons and wings all with lovely proportions. It was hand made at the end of the 1800's. It is in very nice condition though not perfect. There is  no repair work to or missing carving! The top has had a piece re-glued at a seem (see images) and is missing some of the bead carving around it. The table is strong and sturdy  we have noticed just a slight bit of play in one leg. There is some filler at the joints where the legs meet the apron which is very had to notice without close inspection. There is some small chipping on the high spots of the carving which is barely noticeable and expected with a table of this age, being intact with its original finish in place. It has a lovely presentable appearance with a wonderful patina and some antique wear to the finish. The table is large and measures 27" in diameter at the top, 36" in diameter from carved shoulder to carved shoulder and stands 29 3/4" tall. A lovely early piece of exceptional quality!  
We offer these for local pick up , however, shipping is possible. We would be willing to work with USHIP or any shipper you choose. We have a local shipper we have used many times in the past with perfect results and would be willing to relay their information at request.
