This is a Symbiote Spider-Man action figure, a 10-inch deluxe version produced by the company Toy Biz. It was manufactured in approximately 1997 and released as part of the Marvel Universe or Spider-Man Animated Series deluxe collector edition lines [1.2, 1.3, 1.6].
Condition: all articulated joints still working and locking but with  ta couple of small scratches to the paint in front. Looks like he's been in battle!
