Olaplex No. 2 Bond Perfector rebuilds and restores any remaining broken bonds ensuring the strongest, shiniest, and healthiest hair possible. The No. 2 Bond Perfector is a bond multiplier not a conditioning treatment. No. 2 contains the same active ingredient as No. 1, but No. 2 finds more single sulfur hydrogen bonds and cross links them back together.  Also great for use as a cutting lotion or prep for a double process prior to highlights. Use in place of clear or conditioner in direct dyes to dilute down.
