Our items have never been installed and are sold as open-box products, unless otherwise noted. While the boxes may have slight damage, as shown in the pictures, the items themselves are carefully inspected to ensure they are not damaged or missing any pieces.
 
We accept returns on items that have not been installed or damaged within 14 days of your purchase. In the rare event that an item is defective upon installation or has any blemishes not previously stated in the description, we will discuss a refund or exchange.
