Strongest Career Alignment Ceremony

This ceremony opens in stillness. Albina asks each member of the Coven to internally step into the version of themselves that is already fully established, confident, and recognized in their career. This is not imagined as future—it is accessed as present. The Coven forms a mirrored circle, amplifying and reflecting these identities back to one another, creating a powerful field of recognition and embodiment.

Albina then begins the alignment phase, working with unseen energetic pathways. She gently gathers scattered intentions, abandoned directions, and conflicting impulses, drawing them together into a single, coherent current. The goal is not to eliminate options, but to remove fragmentation. Under the Pink Moon, these threads are woven into one clear trajectory, where effort, opportunity, and identity all move in the same direction.

The ceremony closes with a grounding step. Each participant speaks a simple statement of identity—not what they hope to become, but what they are now aligned with. This seals the work into their everyday actions. Afterward, there is often a noticeable shift—not necessarily immediate external change, but a stronger internal clarity, making decisions easier and movement forward more direct and confident.
