Open Blocks Release Ritual

Albina begins this rite by inviting the Coven to sit with anything that feels stuck—emotionally, mentally, or practically. There is no need to define the block fully; it is enough to acknowledge its presence. Under the Pink Moon, which illuminates what is hidden, Albina creates a field of gentle exposure, allowing these blocks to rise into awareness without resistance or fear.

As the ritual deepens, the Coven works with breath and subtle movement, encouraging the sensation of release rather than forceful removal. Albina guides the energy like water moving around stones—soft, persistent, and effective. The focus is not on breaking the block, but on dissolving the tension that keeps it in place. Slowly, what felt dense begins to loosen, creating space where there was once pressure.

In the closing phase, Albina seals the openings created during the ritual, ensuring they remain stable and supportive. Participants often feel lighter, clearer, and less restricted—not because everything has instantly changed, but because the pathways forward are no longer constricted. The work continues subtly in the days that follow, as movement replaces stagnation.
