For your consideration, here is a US Navy MSTS Military Sea Transportation Service Lighter, made in Japan, unfired, with gold logo on a blue background. It has some wear and scratches on it. There is some paint missing in a few spots on the back of it. The lighter has "JAPAN" marked on the bottom of it.
