This is for a first day cover celebrating the Centennial of the Statue of Liberty. It was a 22 cent stamp issued July 4, 1986. The postmark is from Liberty Island, NY. It is a Fleetwood cover and has a short history on the back of the envelope. It is in excellent condition.
