From White Rotary machine. Bed latch for older White rotary machines. Lever type bed latch. Has bed catch with threaded top, 2 spring washers and spring. Top part has thumb nut and finger. 
White has 3 styles of bed latch.
1: Slide type (mounts onto under bed) has slit for sliding lever.
2: Push button style. Button through bed latch screws onto bed pivot point. Has larger hole (3/8" ?) and no slit.
3. Lever style (this one) Hole measures 1/4". Lever inserted from bottom and held on by top thumb nut/ lever handle.
