We will repair your broken transcriber models 420, 421 or 425 and provide a 90 day warranty on our work.
Repairs include such problems as no dial tone, broken hook switch or memory loss due to a defective battery, for a flat rate of $89 plus shipping. This covers 90% of repairs on this model.
Repairs including problems such as a defective pc board, streched handset cord may not be repairable due to discontinuation of parts. If such a repair is needed, your money will be refunded less the return shipping charge.

You can wait to make payment until after we service your unit. We will contact you when the repair is completed and ready to be returned.
Repair time is 1-3 business days in most cases. We will return your unit by either Priority mail or UPS. If you are not having a problem with the power adapter, foot pedal or other accessory, there is no need to send it, but we cannot warranty what we don't get.
Headsets are not a servicable item so if they are defective, you will need to purchase a new set.
You can be assured your unit will be fully functional and ready to use. It will be fully tested, serviced and cleaned by a trained technician, specializing in dictation and transcription equipment. This item includes a 90 day repair warranty on our work.
