The painting is uneven due to hand painting, A few places where the glaze wasn't applied properly and it looks like a break in the surface when it's not. And several places have pin holes in the glaze.

This is a delightful Peacock Feather and Floral Vase. It is an unusual looking vase due to the type of images. The peacock feather is abstract and the florals have a basic look. This vase is not a delicate or fancy decor accent. It has a more earthy feel to it and a bolder look to the art. In other words it's not a frilly or fru fru piece. It is an interesting piece though and would lend itself to being a conversation piece. The design is glazed into the surface and feels slightly raised to the touch. There is also some shading of brown on the mint green background as though someone airbrushed this area. The inside is completely glazed in dark brown. The rim of the foot in the only unglazed part of this vase. Used in good condition. No scratches, repairs, crazing, or fleabites since manufacture.
