Queen's Collection Hooker's Fruit Teapot and 6 Pedestal Mugs

From Queen's Collection Fine Bone China and the Royal Horticultural Society, made in England,  from my own personal collection of dishes, this is a lovely set of teapot and six pedestal mugs in the charming Hooker's Fruit pattern.  The teapot has the apple pattern, and each of the six mugs is a different fruit pattern.  Queen's Hooker's Fruit was originally made in England. Later the company moved the manufacturing to India and then still later to China.  These pieces were all made in England and are marked "made in England" on the bottoms. The pieces are all in excellent, like-new condition with no damage of any kind.   They have been displayed in my china cabinet, as shown in the photos, for many years and rarely used.  They will come to you carefully packed from an immaculate smoke-free and pet-free home.

 Payment Options

Payment is accepted via PayPal.   Be sure PayPal lists your correct shipping address.  Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  I will let you know when your payment is received and cleared and your purchase is shipped.  Note that PayPal eChecks are not instant payments and take several days to clear, thus delaying shipping. If you do not use PayPal and need to inquire about other payment options, please e-mail me.  Items shipped to Missouri require payment of 8.1% Missouri sales tax.

 Shipping

Buyer pays for USPS shipping as shown in the shipping calculator.   Check the item description for any additional shipping cost information.   If you need faster, more expensive Express Mail, feel free to inquire about the cost.  I am happy to combine multiple purchases for shipping whenever possible and if it saves you money.  Combined shipping charges are based on total packed weight and buyer's zip code.  Often it is cheaper to use flat-rate for each item sent separately.  Feel free to inquire about the combined charge to your zip code for specific items.  

International buyers should e-mail me to inquire about shipping to their countries if rates are not given.   International shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.   

Items are usually shipped within one business day of receipt of cleared payment.  I ship 6 to 7 mornings per week, except when I am out of town.

 After the Sale

After the sale, please pay through PayPal.  If you are buying more than one item and need combined shipping information, let me know and then wait for me to send you an invoice with the correct combined shipping charge.  Please be sure PayPal lists your correct shipping address.  I will let you know when your payment is received and cleared and your purchase is shipped. I strive to provide 5-star customer service.  If you have any problem with your purchase when it arrives, please e-mail me directly, not through an "case," so we can resolve the problem.     

 Vacation Notice

I will occasionally be away for a few days.  At those times I will post my travel schedule.  Please do not be concerned if you make a purchase and do not hear from me right away.  I will catch up on all sales and e-mails as soon as I have internet access.

 Free Gift Service

If you would like to purchase an item and have it sent as a gift to someone else, just let me know.  I provide free gift service.  I will gift wrap your purchase and send it to the person you specify.  I can enclose a small gift card if you wish to dictate a short, personal gift message.  As with any purchase, you will be notified by e-mail when your purchase has been shipped.

 Return Policy

Serious buyers only, please!  I try to make item descriptions as clear as possible, but do not hesitate to ask questions in advance of purchase to make sure you want the item. Returns are accepted within 14 days only in new, unopened, unused condition in original packaging for a refund of the item price only. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the buyer pays for return shipping with a tracking number.  If initial shipping is paid by the seller and the item is returned, the refund will be for the price minus original shipping costs.  Buyers  should contact me immediately upon receipt of their items if there is a problem.   Items must be received back by me within 14 days of purchase.
