The book is in a plastic protective sleeve with a cardboard backing insert. I am not a professional comic book grader, but the book looks close to new and appears to be in (VF+) condition or better with bright vibrant colors and crisp corners. (There is what looks like a tiny tear on the bottom of the front page). I got the book from a long time collector and it was always kept in a plastic sleeve and in a smoke and pet free location.
