Items listed on this site are also for sale in our shop so bid/buy early to insure you get the item you want. If an item has been sold we will remove it from the list as soon as the sale takes place. Bidding removes the item from the shop shelves so it will not be sold accidentally.
Items are packed and wrapped once they are sold, this allows the ability to answer questions and take additional pics or combine wins to save you on shipping costs. Weight at time of listing may not be actual for shipping as it has been estimated. ALL packages are insured . ESTIMATED shipping rates shown do NOT include ins or handling fee.
Items that do not have shipping charges are shipped the day or the next day after payment is received. Items with shipping charges are shipped as soon as payment is made or the next business day.. ESTIMATED shipping rates shown do NOT include ins or handling fee.

If it is incorrect, change it before we invoice you.The postal service will not forward to you after a certain period of time so you will have to pay additional charges to correct and re-ship to you. We will bill your PAYPAL account for this fee should it apply.

Do not pay from the First automated invoice – instead we will send out a second invoice which will be the FINAL INVOICE. Please pay from this FINAL INVOICE as it will have exact shipping per wrapped package weight to your specific zip code. We will send you the lowest price choices that apply for your selection. We will using the USPS unless another carrier is requested.
If you do not have your invoice in 36 hours, please check your SPAM folder. We send a final invoice to help prevent over/under payments. The weight shown in the listing is only an estimate as we pack well for shipping and that may add weight to the estimate.
Package size is also factored into your actual shipping for those oversized parcels but the calculator does not allow for this extra charge the Post Office attaches.
Invoicing usually is done on the same day or the next so if you do not get an invoice within the first 24 hours do not worry, we have not forgottenabout you.
PAY PAL is the only approved payment plan. Delivery confirmation and $.50 PER BOX/PACKAGE are added to your final invoice to help cover packing materials.
Oversized boxes may have a $2.00 fee.

We use all carriers and levels of delivery. If parcel post/1st class is LESS than the priority rate shown on the calculator, we will ship that way. Before invoicing you, we search for the least costly shipping to your area unless you request a specific mode. Your shipping charges are never one rate to all states. Sellers billing this way are usually making money on your shipping. If you prepay before the final invoice and overpay, we refund over postage charges of $1.00 + and if your prepayment is not enough to cover postage you will be invoiced for the correct amount before the package is released. If a USPS Flat Rate box applies, we will use it.

If your item is a RUSH, please drop us a note and we will place it at the top of the invoice list. Payment is expected within 5 days of close of auction. Please do not contact us on day 5 with future payment arrangements. We are willing to work with you but we need to know right away if you need a special arrangement. DO NOT wait until after you are invoiced and then ask for special packing or you may be re-invoiced to reflect additional weight/shipping changes to address your request.
As per Policy, your item will be insured for your protection regardless of cost, value or size. If you wish insurance to be waived, let us know and that fee will be deducted from your invoice, lowering your shipping cost.
We will combine your wins to save your shipping costs. Exceptions would be items that are fragile and large/heavy items that should not travel with fragile items. If a return is agreed upon, we do not pay for return postage for any reason except if we make a mistake.
INTERNATIONAL PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your Country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding /buying. International shipping available ANYWHERE and may include up to a max of $5.00 fee added to the shipping costs. If insurance is not an option for your country, items will be shipped at your risk. So if you want FIRST CLASS where it may apply, there is NO tracking or insurance on the item, therefore it ships at your risk. If it is an option, your package will be insured by the sender, but it must travel at the upgraded service of Priority International.
The calculator DOES NOT accurately calculate shipping charges or options so do not consider that your cost to send. Customs fees are not to be considered part of shipping costs and you should not consider customs fees when you enter your feedback. You must wait for your final invoice to pay
PLEASE do not wait until the final day of auction to ask for a shipping quote/questions. Your request may go unnoticed. The post office is closed in USA on Sunday and we are not at the computer all day to address last moment concerns and may miss the chance to reply.
