1.Water: Filtered, reverse osmosis, or spring water (best).
2. Leaf: Add 4 grams to your favorite tea vessel (8 oz.)
3. Water Temperature: 212? (Boiling).
4. Steep Time: ~4-5 minutes.
5. Strain.
