We buy items in bulk (Overstock items) from major retailers.

Items are taken out from the box and checked to see if all parts are Included.

We also check for damages and test (if needed) to make sure they are in good working condition before we list for sale.

SHIPPING:

• Orders are usually processed within 24-48hrs.

• All weekend purchases are shipped Monday.

• Tracking information is Loaded and periodically updated by the shippers.
• Please note that we do not have any control over this.

RETURNS:

• Returns are accepted but must be authorized in advance.

• Item would be replaced but if we are out of stock we will give refund.

We are in the Overstock, Closeout, Liquidation and business. Our products are from major department stores. They are a result of overstock, shelf pulls, change of season or change of packaging. We check all items before listing to make sure all parts are there. All our items are described to the best of our ability. Overstocks typically refer to merchandise that has never been purchased by a customer but are considered excess inventory from store warehouses. Overstocks will typically be in good selling condition, and will have some of the following characteristics:

• Items may have price tags/retail or discount stickers on them• May show signs of handling.

• May be defaced/de-labeled (inner labels or tags removed to prevent return to the store)

• A percentage of the items may be out of box or in open boxes which may show some signs of wear and tear. However, the item inside the box is in good order;

• We test all our products to be sure they are in good working condition.

• We describe (to the best of our ability) any flaws with an item before listing. There can be some information about the condition of the item(s) we may miss out
