Ruffle Neckline Dress

This gorgeous dress has a very unique design. It is made with a soft chiffon type fabric and fits like a glove! Great party dress for any occasions! It features a wide heart cut neckline. The full skirt can be worn with or without a petticoat. It has a ribbon belt with a bow-knot at the back. The belt loopholes line up with the princess seams at the front. Beautiful ruffles at the neckline and the bottom of the skirt. Approximately 38" long. Tag size 26.
