All items ship within 24 Hours when in stock and ready to ship

For freight deliveries, a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery

Once we have confirmed that your order was picked up by the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking information through. If you don't receive any tracking after 48 hours of ordering or if you generally have concern about your order before or after delivery you can contact us through or call our Customer Service Dept. at 630-566-7881. Please have your ID and email address ready when you call. Your call will be answered in the order it is received.

Order Cancellations/Change of Address:

Please make sure you are buying the item you need and that the address you have on file as your ship to address is correct. Once the item is shipped out we are not able to cancel it or change the address on it. Your message is handled in the order it is received and generally our response time is within 12 hours. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges for orders that buyer made by mistake.

Returns / Exchange/ Concerns:

All items qualify for returns within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.

All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. Returns must NOT have been assembled at any point. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Changing your mind or finding an item at a lower price is not a valid reason for return. A 20% handling / restocking fee may be charged.

Items that are confirmed to have been returned can be exchanged for another item.
