This is a Goldtone & Enamel Santa Head Tac Pin. It has a Red Enamel Hat, White Beard, Beige colored face.

There is no name/maker on it, but it does say Taiwan with R.O.C. on the back.

Size approximately:  1 1/16 inch tall X 14/16 inch wide. One picture is with a flash and one picture is without a flash.
