This is a Silvertone Jingle Bell Hoop Set, Pierced Stud Earrings.  

 

The earrings are approximately 1 1/4 inch tall X 1 inch wide. The box has shelf wear but it doesn't take away from the prettiness of the earrings.

 

What a great stocking stuffer gift. Circa 1992.
