About Marlyn Schiff:
Marlyn Schiff began her fashion career in New York in the 1980s, working for high-end designers like Tahari, Alfred Sung and Cynthia Steffe. Inspired, she began designing her own jewelry which she sold in the New York garment district. Her venture was so successful that Marlyn decided to start her own jewelry line.
Marlyn moved to Pennsylvania and launched Marlyn Schiff jewelry in 1989. Her distinctive style of mixing colors, textures and materials results in classic, fashionable jewelry that suits any style. No wonder diverse celebrities like Rachel Ray, Jane Seymour, Bethany Frankel and Cynthia Nixon all wear her designs. Marlyn is constantly creating new jewelry for women everywhere.
Marlyn Schiff is the owner and founder of Marlyn Schiff. LLC. She began her career in the New York fashion industry in the 1980’s working for high-end designers such as Cynthia Steffe, Tahari and Alfred Sung. During this time, she started designing and selling jewelry to vendors in the garment center of New York. As demand for her jewelry grew, Marlyn began designing full time and established Marlyn Schiff, LLC in 1989. In 1992 she moved her business to Philadelphia where it continues to grow and thrive.
Marlyn’s unique and distinctive style of mixing color, textures and materials create collections of fabulous, fashionable jewelry that is both trendy and classic. Her pieces are worn by celebrities such as Rachael Ray, Jane Seymour, Bethany Frankel, and Gayle King. Marlyn Schiff has been promoted by La La Anthony and the Judds on the popular website, OpenSky.com.
