This is a Goldtone Sleigh Pin with Holly and Packages. The Packages are Red & White & the Holly is Green & Red. The side of the sleigh is Red Enamel. Fantastic piece of jewelry. Looks like new with no wear on it. Size approximately: 7/8 inch tall X 1 1/4 inches wide. There is no maker/mark name.
