30 day return policy
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received.
Items described as "new in box" must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
New with tags items must be unworn, with original tags intact, and in original packaging, this includes all toys/plush that are New With Tags.
Disney Vinylmations that came blind boxed are new but opened and expected to be returned in same condition with box.
Disney Pins on Cardbacks are New on Card and expected to be returned in same condition as we pack them very carefully because we are pin collectors too.
Disney Infinity Disks are New but opened package and expected to be returned new condition, unused condition.
You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
Accessories such as cords and remotes
Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
All items included in a bundle
All returns accepted
Buyer should contact us within 30 Days after receiving the item.
Refund given as Money Back less restocking fee if applicable.
