Tommy Hilfiger Navy White Striped Lined Ruched Dress Small/Petite #1849

Very cute navy and white striped dress by Tommy Hilfiger in size Small/Petite.  Soft t-shirt stretchy fabric lined in the same type of solid white fabric.  Rounded neckline with cap short sleeves that have unfinished seams.  Skirt is ruched along the side seams.  Gently used, only worn a couple of times.  There is no fabric tag, the fabric is very soft and stretchy.

My dress form is size 2/4 with a bust measurement of 33-1/2 and waist 24-1/2.

Approximate unstretched bust measures: 30"

The length from under the arm seams to the bottom hem is approximately 25-1/2".
