This is a Collectible Antique Pencil Sharpener (#0215) I have the original box, but the wash board is missing. It is described as a “Antique Zinc-Alloy Miniature Old Fashioned Wash Tub. No. 1152“.  It was made in Hong Kong by Weaver Industrial Co. The outside of the tub in in excellent shape, but the box has seen better days. I used the sharpener on a pencil and it works just fine.
