This is a charming pair of vintage silver tone metal Wishing Well screwback earrings. The detailed earrings have little wishing wells that hang and swing in the center of a round hoop. The wishing well has a handle or crack that actually turns. The drop earrings hang down approximately 1 ¾ inches in length from the top of the round ball to the bottom of the hoop. The hoop is 1 inch in diameter. They are unsigned and most likely from the 1950s.
The earrings are in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I have not polished them, I will leave that up to you if you so desire. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.
These would make a great addition to your collection of vintage figural costume jewelry. They are a fun pair of earrings that are sure to be noticed and will be great conversation starters.
