seaside*collectibles is please to bring you this wonderful display piece that is enhanced with a crystal DIAMOND OPTIC pattern. This FENTON and similar snifter vases were produced by companies such as the L.G. Wright Company in the Mid 20th Century from the very late 1950s to the late 1960s.
This deep, olive green color was popular with the bright orange & red hues of that era. This beautifully mouth blown vase with its scalloped edged mouth is a real beauty. The clear pedestal base is a hollowed glass - not heavy and makes the piece just float! Being mouth blown guarantees that no two vases created were ever exactly alike.
The large, ample size allowed for uses such as centerpieces for flowers, candles, greenery, holiday ornaments or even tip jars. We use ours for candles, jelly beans, mercury glass ornaments and for Chinese New Year celebrations - fortune cookies. The creative uses are endless!
