This is a Beautiful Hand Held Fan that was made in CHINA. (#0936) It measures 10 inches long, when fan is open and fans out to 9 ¾ inches. The fan is decorated with Oriental Figures in the clouds. The handle is metal and the fan folds into the handle and locks.  The fan has been repaired with tape on the lower left of the fan by the handle. (Please see pix)
