2003 Sing-Along Friends Care Bear - Wish Bear.

13 inch tall.  Batteries were removed soon after received. Still operational with new batteries.  Fabric has no stains, plastic eyes and nose are scratch free.  All hang tags have been removed but tush tag is still intact.

Sings three different songs:  Row, Row, Row Your Boat; The Wheels on the Bus; If You're Happy and You Know It.
