Sioux Pottery: White 10 " Vase Signed GAYLA S.P.R.C.S.D Native American Indian

A contemporary piece of Sioux pottery that probably dates from the 1960's-1970's that is in excellent condition. It is marked on the bottom: S.P.R.C.S.D., Gayla.The initials stand for: Sioux Pottery, Rapid City, South Dakota- and the artist.  The pot measures 10 inches . high with a mid width of approximately 5  in. across at the widest part. The mouth has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches.  

The design near the bottom of the vase has muted colors of purple and orange with black accents. Piece is in excellent condition.
