Exercise your legs while you walk while wearing these shoes. They help to tone your muscles in your legs as you wear them. Sold by Avon for Curves brand. Pre-owned and used lightly. Just not for me and cleaning out the closet to give to someone who will use these since I will not. As you can see from the bottom of shoes I have tried to wear these.
