Item description for 2 Vintage Pairs of Plastic Dangle Earrings Blue Orange Beads Cluster

This listing is for two pairs of colorful plastic earrings. These earrings belonged to my Mother and are most likely from the 1950s to 1960s. The earrings consist of clusters of faceted plastic beads that are attached by some type of string or fiber. The top part of the earring has a star shaped cluster with beads that hang down and attach the large cluster at the bottom. Each bead has a piece of string or fiber that comes through at the end and makes a little top knot. The earrings measure approximately 2 ¾ inches long by 1 ½ inches wide. They are unmarked.

These are in great vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. I have not polished the brass hardware on the clips; I will leave that up to you as many people prefer the older patina. There is some slight tarnishing that you can see in the photos, I don’t know if it will polish out, but you don’t really notice it without magnification and it is common on the old brass pieces. The clips are nice and secure and work fine. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.

These are perfect to wear with your favorite pair of jeans to add that splash of color. These would be a wonderful accessory addition to your wardrobe; you can wear one pair with blue and another with orange, or to be different, wear one orange and one blue earring as a mix and match. If you are a sports fan, there are a number of choices that have the colors of blue and orange, these would be fun to wear to a game or to the sports bar to support your team.
